Meet Kristy 

Kristy Cooper, founder and CEO of Team Cooper Ent, is a six-time Emmy award-winning showrunner/executive producer with over two decades of experience in media. Team Cooper Ent specializes in positive storytelling and show development. Cooper has managed projects for the Department of Defense, PBS, CNN, BNC, ESPN, and production companies.

Through diverse experiences from news to scripted, Cooper understands  that video is a powerful medium that can either "motivate or deflate." A fan of a family work environment, she launched Team Cooper Ent as a development production company that encourages collaboration, positive messaging and best day ever morale. After all, she believes the old adage, "Happy Crew, Happy Life."
