Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Kristy Cooper is a six-time Emmy Award-winning showrunner and executive producer with over two decades of experience developing and producing compelling content across news, documentary, and lifestyle formats. As Founder and CEO of Team Cooper Ent, she has led projects for the Department of Defense, PBS, CNN, BNC, ESPN, and major production companies, specializing in bold storytelling and franchise-ready show development.

Chief Design & Creative Officer
Mandy Belchatovski-Krauson is an Emmy Award-winning graphic designer who specializes in motion, animation, and visually driven storytelling that brings bold ideas to life. With experience across broadcast, digital, and eLearning platforms, she transforms complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals that connect and leave a lasting impact.

Chief Content & Production Officer
Nancy Devaney's career in journalism/tv and film started at a local station in Boston. She then went on to ESPN, where she worked as a multi-Emmy Award-winning Producer, garnering an Emmy for Best Long Feature for her direction on "Fight On," which tells the story of USC's blind long snapper, Jake Olson. After over 20 years as a storyteller, Nancy has worked with many high-profile athletes, including Travis Kelce, Jason Kelce, Tom Brady, Lindsey Vonn, and Michael Phelps, while continuously creating top-tier, award-winning content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Chief Business & Partnerships Officer
Dwayne Locker is an entertainment executive with 10+ years of experience connecting producers, artists, athletes, and brands across film, television, and live events. Known as a strategic connector with strengths in marketing, artist management, and content production. Led celebrity relations and high-level negotiations with major studios including Warner Bros., Lionsgate, and Searchlight Pictures.
Former General Manager of the National Black Farmers Association (150,000+ members), overseeing partnerships, talent, and operations.
Proven leader in building relationships, aligning resources, and delivering high-impact projects.

Chief Music & Audio Officer
J’ean-Edward Demery is a Los Angeles-based music industry veteran with over 20 years of experience crafting innovative music for film, television, streaming, and major live events. A member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Producers Guild of America, he has collaborated with icons including Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis, Babyface, Dr. Dre, and Spike Lee, delivering impactful music solutions across hundreds of projects, trailers, and global broadcasts.

Chief Live & Sports Production Officer
Willard Ogan brings over 45 years of television experience across news, sports, and entertainment, producing some of the industry’s most high-profile live events. He has executive produced championship parades for the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants, and
San Jose Sharks, and led technical and editorial bookings for two Super Bowls and multiple NBA Playoffs.

Madinah James is a U.S. international media and real estate professional with 25 years of experience in television, editorial, and corporate consulting, working with major outlets including CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times, and Mercedes-Benz USA. She brings global perspective and strategic expertise in corporate outreach, fundraising, PR, and financing, bridging media, real estate, and business to deliver impactful, high-profile initiatives domestically and internationally.

Nichole Andrews is a 20+ year media powerhouse whose background spans national television, radio, and now premium podcast production. A respected “Super Senior Talent Booker,” she has produced marquee interviews with President Bill Clinton, Oprah Winfrey, Jamie Foxx, Issa Rae, and Sandra Bullock, and leverages that experience to build compelling, talent-driven podcast franchises.

Yvodney Magagula is a finance professional with 20+ years of experience in accounting, financial operations, and global mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Accountant at McKinsey & Company. With expertise spanning general ledger management, accounting controls, and intercompany finance across the US, Canada, and Latin America, she ensures financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic oversight for high-performing teams.
